Project Overview
MYBOS V4 is a modern, multi-tenant Property & Facility Management platform serving building managers, residents, and contractors across residential and commercial portfolios. The platform centralizes operations including maintenance work orders, resident services, amenity bookings, parcels, communications, analytics, and compliance with granular role-based access control and feature flags. Built with Laravel 9 (PHP 8.2) backend using MongoDB and Angular 15 frontend, MYBOS V4 features four distinct portals (Admin, Company, Building Manager, and Resident) with 30+ modules. The system includes real-time updates via Pusher and Firebase, comprehensive analytics, payment processing through Stripe, cloud deployment on AWS ECS/ECR, and extensive third-party integrations including Google Maps, SendGrid, and FullCalendar.
