Project Overview
United Assessments is a comprehensive enterprise assessment and evaluation management system built in 2025 for Unilever. The platform provides a complete solution for managing assessments, surveys, transactions, complaints, circulars, vehicle permits, and internal communications. Built on Laravel 10 with a Vue.js 3 single-page admin application, the system supports three main assessment variants: Standard Assessments, MHJ (Minhaj) Assessments, and VCL (Vehicle) Assessments. The platform enables administrators to create complex assessment papers with multiple question types (Yes/No, Single Choice, Short Answer, Scale, Title, Image, Attachment), manage user submissions, generate detailed reports, and export data to Excel. The system includes comprehensive user management supporting Internal users, Establishments (Est), and Pilgrims, with role-based access control for different admin types. Key modules include Dashboard with statistics and charts, User Management, Admin Management, Departments, Packages, Assessments (regular and MHJ variants), Surveys, Reports & Analytics, Translations (bilingual support), Circulars Management, Managerial Communications (Income, Outcome, Outgoing, Tasks), Call Center Complaints, Meetings & Agendas, Vehicle Permissions (VCL), and Bus Tracking System.
